Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how VibeTech Development (“VibeTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information across our business and products. It is written to support transparency, SMS/A2P (10DLC) carrier review, and our role as both a service provider and (where applicable) a processor of customer data. This document is a business-facing policy draft — have counsel review it for your jurisdiction before relying on it as final legal advice.

3. Roles: controller vs processor
- When you browse our marketing site or create a VibeTech account, we generally act as a controller of that account and inquiry data.
- When a customer business uses the AI Operating System or Social Checker to process their own leads, employees’ work, or search subjects, that business is typically the controller of that customer/content data, and VibeTech acts as a processor / service provider under their instructions (and our Terms).
- End customers of our clients should contact that business for rights requests about lead/customer records; we will assist the business as required by contract and law.

6. Text messaging (SMS/MMS), A2P / 10DLC & TCPA
Texting is offered through Twilio (or successors) using numbers associated with the customer’s business brand. Our business customers are responsible for lawful consent, disclosures, and content. VibeTech provides tooling and may assist with registration.
- Consent / opt-in: Marketing texts require prior express written consent where required by US law; informational texts require appropriate prior express consent. Consent may be collected via website forms, intake, keyword, or in-person disclosures matching the registered message flow.
- Opt-out: Recipients can text STOP (or equivalent). Opt-outs must be honored promptly; further marketing texts must cease.
- Help: Recipients can text HELP for assistance information.
- Frequency: Varies by the customer’s workflows (e.g., lead follow-up, reminders). Message and data rates may apply.
- Carrier registration: Brand and campaign details (legal entity, EIN, address, sample messages, this Privacy Policy URL, and Terms URL) may be submitted to The Campaign Registry / carriers. Approval is not guaranteed and US delivery may be limited until approved.
- Platform defaults: Sample STOP/HELP language may be suggested in-product; customers must ensure their public-facing disclosures match actual practice.
7. Voice calling
Voice features (including Knowledge-backed AI receptionists) use Twilio Voice or similar. Call audio/transcripts may be processed to fulfill configured intents. Outbound customer calls may require owner GRANT. Customers must comply with telemarketing, recording-consent, and do-not-call rules in their jurisdictions.
8. Email
We send service email (invites, security, ops handoffs) and may send product updates. Customer-facing email from the AI OS may use a connected Google inbox or other providers and may be approval-gated. Marketing email requires a lawful basis; unsubscribe where required.
9. Meta Lead Ads & advertising connectors
When a Facebook/Instagram Page is connected (by the customer or by VibeTech ops with permission), lead form data is received via Meta webhooks and stored in the customer’s workspace. Meta’s Platform Terms and privacy policies also apply. Customers remain responsible for ad creative, privacy policy links on Lead Forms, and lawful use of leads.
10. Automations & artificial intelligence
Automations may create drafts, update pipelines, or queue messages. AI providers (e.g., OpenAI) may process prompts and business Knowledge to generate content. Outputs can be wrong or incomplete; approval gates exist so humans can review before many customer sends. Do not submit special-category or regulated data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate agreements.
11. Social Checker (social.vtechdevelopment.com)
- Reports summarize public web information and may be incomplete, outdated, or mismatched.
- Social Checker is not a consumer report under the FCRA and must not be used to determine eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or similar purposes.
- It is not identity verification, not a background check product, and not legal advice.
- Guests may see blurred teasers; full results and PDF require an entitled account.
- Organization owners may invite teammates via organization codes; owners are responsible for teammate access.
12. Cookies & similar technologies
We use essential cookies/storage for login sessions, CSRF/security, product tours, and builder draft persistence. If we use analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and provide choices where required by law.

- Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

14. Retention
We retain account and workspace data while the relationship is active and as needed for security, disputes, backups, carrier/regulatory requirements, and legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of workspace data subject to those limits. Social Checker query logs may be retained for abuse prevention and product quality for a limited period.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS in transit, access controls, and encrypted storage of sensitive credentials where implemented. No online service is perfectly secure; please use strong passwords and protect invite links/org codes.
